Abraham Samuel Trevino, 29, of Lubbock, was taken away from us too soon on Monday, March 3, 2025. He was born on March 1, 1996, in Lubbock, to Edward and Victoria (Garcia) Trevino.
He was raised in the Lubbock area and attended Lubbock-Cooper High School, graduating with the senior class of 2015. To further his education, he attended South Plains College for his nursing degree.
Abraham was a big family man; he loved being around his sisters and brother with all his nephews and nieces. He was into powerlifting, weights and football in school, and he never lost that bug. He loved going to the gym. If he wasn't at work, he was working on his own or the family cars. Working on cars was not just work, it was what he loved to do! He loved being a father, when he found out he was having a daughter, he was on top of the world! His daughter is his whole world. If he wasn't with mija or family, you could find him at Mae Simmons fishing! He loved to play and watch football with his family and friends. He worked as a diesel mechanic for Loves and in the tire department at Wal-Mart. Abraham was a one-of-a-kind person. He grew to be a great father and man!
Those left to honor and cherish his memory include his parents, Edward and Victoria Trevino of Lubbock; a daughter, Adalynn Trevino of Lubbock; girlfriend Patricia and Gabriella, one brother, Moses (Kristina) Trevino of Lubbock; two sisters: Samantha (Isaiah) Garcia and Brandee (Brandon) Garcia of Lubbock; his paternal grandmother, Rose Trevino of Lubbock; cousins: Josh, Chiquio, Jennifer, Kathy, Leigh Ann and Lillie; his aunts: (bonus mom) Bea (Tommy) Fernandez, Gloria (Marcus) Conner and Norma Rodriquez; his uncle: Mario Trevino of Lubbock; numerous cousins, nieces, nephews; and extended family and friends. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Josephine Garcia, his maternal grandfather, Federico Sam Garcia, and paternal grandfather, Eberardo Trevino.
