Amy Sulema Morales age 50, passed away Saturday January 22, 2022 surrounded by her family. Visitation will be held Thursday January 27, 2022 at 4:00 PM - 8:00P M at The Venue on Broadway, 2202 Broadway St, Lubbock, TX. A rosary will be recited at 6:00 PM Thursday January 27, 2022, at The Venue on Broadway. Mass of the Resurrection will be held on Friday January 28, 2022, at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, 3111 Erskine Street, Lubbock, TX, at 11:00AM, with Deacon Joe Morin officiating. Burial to follow at Peaceful Gardens Memorial Park, 15602 Loop 493, Lubbock, TX. JoRamze Rosales, Bonnie Sambrano, Lisa Vasquez, Bertha Collins, Priscilla Vasquez, Cathy Perez, Josie Morales, Desiree Cruz, Alysha Lazo, and Cynthia Rodriguez will serve as pallbearers.
Amy began her journey in this life October 11, 1971. She was never on time, the life of the party and center of attention. Amy was known to walk in a room with her contagious smile and have her energy get there first, she will always be remembered by her kindness and always caring for others. She had a unique gift of never meeting a stranger. Amy was "The Queen" of pull tabs, the Bingo Hall was her second home. Amy touched so many hearts throughout her life, and if you became Amy's friend, you became her family. She was loved by many and will be truly missed.
Amy's spirit is carried on by her children: JoRamze Rosales and his wife Amanda, and LeCianna Morales; grandchildren: Joziah, Jaiden and JoRyan Rosales, and JaKovi Morales all of Lubbock, parents: Josie and Ray Torres, sisters: Sonya Morales, Melissa Davis and husband John; brothers: Randy Rodriguez and his wife Tammy and David Torres; many extended family and friends from every walk of life.
