Ann Roberts Patterson

Ann Roberts (Carter) Patterson, 94, passed away November 14, 2023, in Tahoka, TX. She was born May 18, 1929, to Charlie John and Julia Irene (Tapper) Carter Newton, in Pettit (Hockley County), TX. Ann was a member of the Eastern Star, the Tahoka First Baptist Church, and enjoyed crafting and painting. She was a beautician, by trade, for many years.

Ann was preceded in death by a husband Harold Roberts, a husband Everett (Pat) Patterson, her father and mother, Charlie and Julia Carter Newton, and her brothers Rayford Carter and Clarence Carter. Those remaining to cherish her many memories are her daughters Pam (Kenny) Heathington, Jan (Jim) Crawford, and Becky (Ken) Lamberson; her grandchildren, D’Anna Brauneck, Stephanie Womack, Andy Crawford, Angela Hutton, Lesli Swanson, and Jason Lamberson, and 14 great-grandchildren.

Ann’s family would like to extend a special “Thank You” to Lynnwood Assisted Living, Tahoka, and to University Medical Center Hospice.

A memorial service, to honor and celebrate the life of Ann Roberts Patterson, is scheduled for 2:00PM, Monday, November 20, 2023, at Tahoka First Baptist Church, 1701 Avenue K, Tahoka, TX 79373.
