AnnaBell Batenhorst

AnnaBell Batenhorst, 87, of Levelland passed away on Thursday, October 3, 2019. She was born November 8, 1931 in Amarillo, Texas to Jack and Anna (Hettinger) Boutell. AnnaBell graduated from Amarillo High School and from Draughns Business College in Amarillo.  She lived in Wimberly for many years where she was an active member of the Wimberly Lions Club and the Wimberly Chamber of Commerce.  AnnaBell was a longtime member of the First Baptist Church in Amarillo, but was also active in the Wimberly First Baptist Church and South Plains Church through the years.  She was a person who enjoyed being around people and helping others, as well as being a loving mother and friend.

Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter, JimAnn Batenhorst of Levelland and a host of friends whose lives were enriched by her.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 8, 2019 at 2:30 p.m. at the Mausoleum Chapel at Peaceful Gardens Cemetery.
