Baldomero Garcia, Jr.

Baldomero Garcia, Jr. of Lubbock passed away on Tuesday, January 15, 2013 at the age of 57.  He was born August 13, 1955 in Snyder to Baldomero and Amelia Garcia.  At a young age, the family moved to Lubbock where he attended school.  Baldomero worked as a bondsman for National Bail Bond and Lubbock Bail Bond before retiring.  He enjoyed fishing and spending time outdoors.  The couple attended New Beginnings Church.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of more than 36 years, Leticia; eight sons, Baldomero, III, Valdomero, Gabriel (Priscilla), Angel (Samantha), Ray, Chris, and C. J., all of Lubbock and Rocky (Kiffany) of San Antonio; two daughters, Princess (Abel) Wallace and Valerie Garcia, all of Lubbock; five brothers; five sisters; and 26 grandchildren.

Baldomero was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters.

A prayer service will be held at 6:00 p.m. Sunday, January 20, 2013 at Combest Family Memorial Chapel.  Graveside services will be at 10:00 a.m. Monday, January 21, 2013 at Peaceful Gardens Memorial Park.
