Barbara "Baby" Ellan Fuller, 62, of Lubbock passed away on Friday, February 11, 2022. She was born April 30, 1959, in Lubbock, Texas to Dave and Faye (Duncan) Williams. Barbara graduated from Roosevelt High School. She married Billy Fuller in Lubbock, Texas and together they had three children. Barbara was a member of Genesis Baptist Fellowship.
Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Billy Fuller; children, Donna Fuller, Brad Fuller and Thomas Fuller, all of Lubbock, Texas; brother, Lawrence Williams of Post, Texas; sisters Faye Hull of Oklahoma, Mary Kay McNeely of Lubbock, Texas, and Jewel Shepherd of Lubbock, Texas; and 12 grandchildren.
Barbara is preceded in death by her parents, Dave and Faye Williams; sisters, Ruby Mason and Dorothy Lester; and brothers Finis Williams and Jack William.
A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, March 5, 2022 at Genesis Baptist Fellowship.
