Belinda Rodriguez

Belinda Ann Rodriguez, 62, of Lubbock passed away Thursday, December 2, 2021. She was born on October 12, 1959, in Lubbock, TX to Alvaro and Mary Rodriguez. Belinda graduated from Monterey High School in 1979 and then pursued a career in sales at Sears Department Store. Her pride and joys were her daughter and her grandchildren, whom she adored so much.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Alvaro and Mary Rodriguez; and brothers, David Rodriguez and Andres Perez.

Belinda is survived by her daughter, Victoria Gomez, and her husband Phillip; granddaughters, Zoie Gomez and Khloie Gomez; grandsons, Brandon Gomez and Nathan Gomez; and siblings, Albert Rodriguez (Linda), Jessie Rodriguez, Alvaro Rodriguez, Jr. (Rita), Juaquin Rodriguez (Tesa), Christopher Rodriguez (Jaymie), John Paul Rodriguez (Edna), Virginia Avila, Rita Licona (Jimmy), Esmeralda Jaimes (David), Mary Ann Cooper (Robert), Betty Martinez (Rudy), Linda Guerra (Mike), and Jenny Rodriguez (Daniel).

Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Monday, December 6, 2021, at Venue on Broadway with Rosary at 6:00 p.m.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, December 7, 2021, at Christ the King Cathedral with burial to follow at City of Lubbock Cemetery.
