She was a long time Girl Scout and she graduated from Coronado High School in 2004. Beth went on to attend Eastern New Mexico University, where she proudly achieved her childcare certificate. She was a cafeteria worker at Lubbock-Cooper North Elementary for over 10 years. She was the Lady Raiders' biggest fan and was honored to be a guest coach for one of their games. Beth was an active member of Broadway Church of Christ and loved being part of her small group. She went on several cruises with them and was able to travel to one of her favorite destinations, Switzerland. Beth was known for her sweet spirit, constant smile, and infectious giggle.
