Beverly Ann Nichols

Beverly Ann Nichols, 70, of Lubbock, TX, passed away on Sunday, October 6, 2024. She was born in Lubbock, TX, on December 19, 1953, to Carroll Nichols and Geraldine Walthall. 

Beverly attended Monterey High School, with the graduating class of 1972. Beverly had a big heart, always willing and ready to help anyone in need. This was perfectly captured by her job in healthcare, being a caregiver to many. 

She loved gardening and caring for plants. In her free time, she enjoyed crafting as well. Her family shared that she had a great sense of humor and marched to the beat of her own drum. Beverly valued her time with her family and loved spending time with her nieces and nephews and their children. Alongside her family, she was blessed to have good friends and treasured those friendships. She was a member of the Baptist faith. 

Beverly is survived by 2 brothers, Tony Nichols of Lubbock, TX, and Mike Nichols and wife Stella of Lubbock, TX. 

She is preceded in death by her father, Carroll Nichols; mother, Geraldine Walthall Nichols Cooper; and 1 brother, Bruce Nichols. 

A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 11, 2024, at 11:00a.m. at the City of Lubbock Cemetery, in Lubbock, TX.
