Billie Ruth French

Billie Ruth (Hill) French passed away January 9, 2024, in New Deal, TX. She was born September 3, 1929, to Albert and Irene (Howell) Hill, in Felt, OK. She married Richard Carroll French, who preceded her in death.

Billie graduated Panhandle State University, earning a Bachelor of Science in accounting. She entered and spent many years in the Banking Industry, working her way up to Loan Officer. Upon retiring, Billie enjoyed crocheting, gardening, and attending church at the First Baptist Church Dalhart.

Billie was preceded in death by her husband, Richard. She is survived by her son Steve French (Raina), and grandchildren Sterling French, Callie French, and Clancy Miller.

Arrangements were entrusted to Combest Family Funeral Homes and Crematory.
