Diana Martinez

Diana Martinez of Lubbock passed away on Wednesday, September 4, 2013 at the age of 57.  She was born November 5, 1955 in San Antonio.  Diana attended Bell Gardens High School in Bell Gardens, California before moving back to Texas in the 1990s.

Those left to cherish her memory are her parents, Sara Fieldgrove of Lubbock and Salvador Hernandez of Whittier, California; daughter, Marcy Bingham and husband Russell of Lubbock; son, Robert Estala of Waco; four sisters, Amada Salas of Chino, CA, and Virginia Hernandez, Betty Espinoza, and Nancy Hardy, all of Lubbock; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 1:00-8:00 p.m. Sunday, September 8, 2013 at Combest Family Funeral Homes in Idalou.  Mass will be at 11:00 a.m. Monday, September 9, 2013 at St. Philip Catholic Church with interment to follow at the Idalou Cemetery.
