Known affectionately as "Don" or "Donnie" and also as "Deever" by those closest to him, Donald Ray Davis, 67, of Lubbock, Texas, passed away on February 15, 2025. Born on September 10, 1957, in El Paso, Texas, Donnie lived a life filled with passion for the outdoors and close connections with family and friends.

His education laid the foundation for a life of curiosity and hands-on interests. Donnie was an avid enthusiast of foosball, fishing, camping, motorcycles, and flying kites. Deever also built several businesses throughout his life, showcasing his entrepreneurial spirit. An avid photographer, he captured the beauty of the world around him, leaving behind a gallery of memories through his lens.

He is survived by his older brother, Mitch Davis, and his son, Colt Davis, who will carry forward his legacy of warmth and adventure.
