Donald Eugene Jeffcoat

Donald Eugene Jeffcoat of Ropesville passed away on Saturday, February 1, 2014 at the age of 73.  He was born March 10, 1940 in New Deal to the late Gene and Dean (Hill) Jeffcoat.  Donald worked in Radio Broadcasting for forty years and was a member of Lone Star Cowboy Church.

Those left to cherish his memory are his sons, Greg Jeffcoat and Mark Jeffcoat and his wife Kristin; brothers, Joe Jeffcoat and Bob Jeffcoat; sister, Joann Holland; his companion, Marita Reese; four granddaughters, Missy, Megan, Elizabeth, and Katherine; and great-granddaughter, Kaysen.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. on Monday, February 3, 2014 at Combest Family Funeral Homes.  Services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 4, 2014 at Lone Star Cowboy Church with Rev. Jerry Stewart and Rev. Kirk Kitchens officiating.  Interment will follow at the Ropesville Cemetery.
