Dora Sanchez, 58, of Lubbock, passed away on Friday, March 11, 2022. Dora Gonzales was born in Lubbock, Texas, on June 9, 1963, to the late Nicolas Gonzales and Dominga (Fuentes) Gonzales.
Dora attended Dunbar High School and graduated in 1982. For the last 22 years, she has been the bookkeeper for AA Repo. She loved collecting dolls and china, and shared her love with her fur baby, Miklo.
She is survived by her two sons, Edward Sanchez and his wife Angel of Slaton and Joshua Sanchez of Lubbock; one brother, Nick Gonzales and his wife Elma of Lubbock; three sisters, Mary Alice Lucio and her husband Raul, JoAnn Castaneda and her husband Gabriel, Jessica Martinez and her husband Anthony, all of Lubbock; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild; and her lovely Miklo. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Visitation for Dora will be from 5 PM to 8 PM on Thursday, March 17, 2022, and from 9 AM until service time at 2 PM on Friday, March 18, 2022, in the Combest Family Memorial Chapel. Services and cremation arrangements are under the personal care and direction of Combest Family Funeral Homes and Crematory.
