Edward Lee Pitcock

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Edward Lee Pitcock, 81, of Lubbock who passed away on Saturday, November 2, 2024. He was born July 18, 1943, in Wheeler, Texas to Joe and Marie (Wiginton) Pitcock. Edward graduated from Wheeler High School in 1961 and was a successful businessman. He enjoyed hunting, cigars, and later in life curse words! He will be best remembered for living life big and was benevolent to a fault!

Edward was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Karen Pitcock in 2016; and brother, Ronald Pitcock. Those left to cherish his memory are his children, Tina Bollinger and husband Randy and Buck Pitcock and wife Michelle, all of Lubbock; three grandchildren, Kip Harris and wife Jen, Cole Harris and wife Candice, and Pekkabo Pitcock; three bonus grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and three siblings, Carell Pitcock, Harylon Pitcock and Sue Adams.

Memorial services, to honor and celebrate the life of Edward Pitcock, are scheduled for 2:00 pm Friday, November 8, 2024, at Venue on Broadway, 2202 Broadway, Lubbock.
