Frankie Loise Bills

Frankie Loise Bills, 90 of Lubbock passed away Tuesday, September 10, 2019.  She was born August 25, 1929 to Wilhelm and Opal (Cox) Dalluge in Tulia.  Frankie graduated from Tulia High School and from Francis Butler School of Modeling in Amarillo on March 11, 1953.  She married Richard Bills, and they owned and operated Hub Tire Center for more than 34 years before she retired.  Frankie was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister and grandmother. 

Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Lisa Andrews of Santa Fe; son, Noel and wife Janette Bills of Lubbock; brother, Jeff Dalluge of Tulia; sisters, Martha Rodriguez of San Antonio, Virginia Dell of California; three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband; four brothers; and three sisters.

Family will be receiving friends from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. Friday, September 13, 2019 at Combest Family Memorial Chapel.  Services will be at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, September 14, 2019 at Combest Family Memorial Chapel with burial to follow at Idalou Cemetery.
