Gary Hudgens

Gary Wayne Hudgens was born on January 25, 1952 in Lubbock, Texas; the son of Floyd Glenn Hudgens and Joyce Chappell Hudgens. Gary attended Tahoka High School, where he met and fell in love with Lonnetta Gene Isbell. They were married on March 5, 1971 and were blessed to spend the next 50 years side by side.
After high school, Gary served in the US Army before returning home to run the family business, Hudgens Pump Service. Through this, Gary not only served many families and farmers throughout Lynn County and the surrounding communities, but also provided a legacy of hard work and a giving heart that continues through the lives of his children.

Gary is preceded in death by his parents, his brother Ron Hudgens and nephew Joseph Hudgens.

Gary is survived by his wife Lonnetta, his daughter Arnetta Jackson and husband Michael of New Braunfels; son Will Hudgens and wife Crystal of Lubbock; and daughter Rebecca Bryan and husband Alex of Lubbock, 8 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

The family will have visitation at the Hudgens Home at 1614 US Hwy 87 in Tahoka on Tuesday, December 28th from 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm.
