Gayle Perry

Gayle Perry of Lubbock passed away on Saturday, December 13, 2014 at the age of 78.  She was born on July 26, 1936 in Collin County, Texas to Robert and Audie Lucas. She worked as a certified property manager in the Lubbock area and later owned and managed Lake J. B. Thomas Lodge and Marina. Gayle was married to O.V. Perry. She was a member of the Lubbock Apartment Association and of Southcrest Baptist Church. Gayle was an avid gardener, loved to fish and play golf. 

Those left to cherish her memory are her son, Steve Perry of Austin; and one granddaughter, Katherine Nichol Faulks of Lubbock.

Gayle was preceded in death by her parents; husband, O.V. Perry; daughter, Camille Faulks; grandson, Lucas Faulks; and a brother, Vestal Ray Lucas.

Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, December 18, 2014 with the family receiving friends from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Combest Family Memorial Chapel. Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, December 19, 2014 at Combest Family Memorial Chapel with interment to follow at Peaceful Gardens Memorial Park.
