Glenda Tate Jolly

Glenda Tate Jolly of Lubbock passed away on Wednesday, September 17, 2014 at the age of 64.  She was born June 28, 1950 in Lubbock to J. D. and Louise (James) Kemp.  Glenda worked as a cashier for 28 years at Pioneer Lincoln Mercury.  She married Dewayne Jolly in 1996 in Clovis, New Mexico.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Dewayne; son, Jeff Tate and wife Shelly of Smyer; three sisters, Joyce Haney of Lubbock, Carolyn Brown and husband Dale of Joshua, Texas, and Barbara Bancroft and husband Richard of Slaton; two granddaughters, Maddison and Kennlee Tate; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Glenda was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Mary Arnold.

Memorial services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Friday, September 19, 2014 at Christian Life Church.
