Jane Strickland Ivey

Jana Stickland Ivey of Lubbock passed away surrounded by family on Tuesday, February 11, 2014 at the age of 49.  She was born May 22, 1964 in Lubbock.  Jana graduated from Coronado High School and worked as a CNA until her illness.  She married Billy Ivey, Jr. and they made their home in Lubbock.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Billy; daughter, Krystal Hawkins and husband Mitchell; sons, Justin Wolfe and Jimmy Laird; mother and father, Carole and Butch Pevey; brother, Bobby Strickland; sisters, Rhonda Welch and Tracey Pevey and husband Chad Bouse; nieces, Brandi Krajca Mueller and Ashley Pevey; nephew, Joshua Reading; and five grandchildren.

Jana was preceded in death by her father, Bobby Strickland, and one nephew, Dustin Krajca.

Memorial services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Monday, February 24, 2014 at Combest Family Memorial Chapel.
