Janet Jerilee Logsdon, 64, of Lubbock, Texas passed away from her earthly home on December 14, 2022. She was born in Lubbock, Texas on March 6, 1958 to Albert Sumner and Helen (Floyd) Sumner. She worked as a cashier for several businesses and as a vet tech until her retirement in 2017.
Janet was a collector of many treasures including chicken decor, antique teapots and cookie jars. She will best be remembered by the love that she had for her family. Janet was a member of the Methodist Faith.
Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Robert Logsdon; daughter, Robin Seale- Gutierrez (wife Norma); nephew/bonus son, Bill Martin (wife Tasha); grandchildren, Jaden Seale and Miranda Gutierrez; siblings, Vicki McCann and John Sumner (wife Arlene); along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
She is proceeded in death by her parents, Albert and Helen Sumner; son, Christopher Logsdon; and granddaughter Megan Seale.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Wednesday, December 21, 2022 at 10:00am in the Combest Family Memorial Chapel at Combest Family Funeral Homes.
