Juanita was the proud mother of four children: Jose Salinas, Casimiro Salinas, Melissa Coronado Garcia, and Veronica Garcia Magana. She cherished her role as a mother and took immense joy in being a grandmother to her 13 grandchildren and a great-grandmother to 15 great-grandchildren. Each of them carries a piece of her spirit, instilled with the values and love that she so freely shared throughout her life.
She is also remembered by her siblings, Ofilia Lovato, Rita Delgado, Mary Vasquez, and Hector Coronado, who will forever hold her memory close to their hearts. Juanita's family was her greatest treasure, and she remained the cornerstone of support and strength for them.
Juanita is preceded in death by her beloved parents, Ofilia R. and Casimiro Coronado, who laid the foundation for her loving nature. She also mourned the loss of her grandson, Jose "Little Joe" Salinas IV, and her brothers, Jesus Coronado, Jose Coronado, and Guadalupe Coronado. These losses shaped her into an even more compassionate person, allowing her to connect deeply with others who experienced heartache.
In her community, Juanita was known not only for her kindness but also for the friendships she cultivated, including her cherished friendship with Ramon Avila. She was a constant source of support for those around her, always willing to lend a helping hand or offer a listening ear. She was a faithful Christian and loved reading her Bible.
