Justin Davis

June 11, 1982 — February 19, 2025

Lubbock, TX

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Justin Davis on Wednesday, February 19, 2025, at the age of 42. To know Justin was to love him—his sharp wit, infectious laughter and unwavering loyalty made him unforgettable. He was a man of faith, fierce love, and an unshakable commitment to those he held dear. We will be forever grateful for the time we were blessed to share with him.

Justin was born on June 11, 1982, to Roger and Vicky Davis in Lubbock, Texas. He had a rare gift: he could make anyone laugh, even in the darkest moments. His humor was quick, clever, and would always put a smile on your face. But beneath the jokes was a man of true depth and a God-fearing soul. He lived with integrity, treating others with kindness and sincerity, never wavering in his devotion to those he loved.

Justin was a protector at heart. Whether as a husband, father, son, brother, or friend, he stood as a rock for those around him. He loved fiercely and without reservation, always making sure his family and friends knew they were cherished. No matter what life tossed your way, he was a man you could count on.

He is survived by his loving wife of 22 years, Jami and children, Truett, Herley, and Blythe; mother, Vicky Davis; sister, Shannon Craig and husband, Gavin, and their children, Cooper, Brady, and Maci; and a multitude of close family members, who will forever carry his love in their hearts. He was preceded in death by his father, Roger Davis.

A service celebrating Justin’s life will be held on Tuesday, February 25th at the Venue on Broadway at 2203 Broadway Street, Lubbock, Texas, 79401. Memorial visitation will be held from 5-8 PM, with a time of celebration and sharing starting at 6 PM.

Justin’s presence may no longer fill the room, but his spirit, his laughter, and his love will echo in our hearts forever.

The family requests that you write down your fondest memory or story with Justin. (I know you all have one!) Please bring with you to the memorial.
