Kenneth Hugh Mallory, 89, of Lubbock, passed away on June 5, 2022. He was born on June 20, 1932, in Penrod, Kentucky to Lawrence and Anna Mae (Smith) Mallory. Kenneth graduated from Belmont College in 1955. A few years later, he married Zita Louise Mishler on December 26, 1958.
Throughout the 1960's Kenneth served as an elementary school teacher in the Nashville, Tennessee area. He also worked as a trim carpenter and assisted realtors with warranties. Kenneth loved to grow roses and irises; he also loved to travel. He was a member of the Baptist faith.
Kenneth is survived by his daughter, Anna Christina Mallory of Lubbock, Texas; son, Lawrence David (Karen) Mallory, of Florida; grandchildren, Kody (Sara) Mallory, Keenan (Ashley) Mallory, Keeli Mallory, and Kiersten Mallory.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Lawrence and Anna Mallory; sister, Helen Schmidt (Leslie); brother, Robert Mallory; and wife, Zita Louise Mallory.
