Kenneth John Pierce

Kenneth John Pierce, 77, passed away March 13, 2025, in Lubbock, TX. He was born August 5, 1947, to Frank and Ida Erline (Thompson) Pierce, in Decatur, TX. Kenneth married Scarlet Chancellor on September 14, 1996. 

Kenneth proudly honored his country by serving in the United States Army during the Vietnam Conflict. He was a Christian at heart, of the Baptist faith, and a member of Bible Baptist Church. He was a man that always opened his arms for anyone. 

Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Ida Erline Pierce, his grandmother, Ethel Thompson. Those remaining to honor and cherish his memories are his wife, Scarlet Pierce, a daughter, Penny Pierce, and sons, John Pierce, Billy Weaver, and Bret Weaver; a sister, Melba Barnett, a brother, Garry (Barbara) Pierce, 8 grandkids, and 3 great-grandkids.

Arrangements were entrusted to Combest Family Funeral Homes and Crematory.
