Kenny Gene Gordon, 70, of Lubbock, Texas passed away Saturday, February 12, 2022. Kenny was born December 26, 1951 in Lubbock to Gene and Barbara (Parker) Gordon. He attended Monterey High School and graduated in 1969. Kenny met the love of his life, Barbara Barnett. In 2015 Kenny retired from the oilfield industry. He often enjoyed hunting and camping. Kenny was of the Christian faith.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 5 years, Barbara Gordon; his children, Paige Lunday (David) of Dumas, Dusty Gordon (Nicole) of Georgia, and Julie Heller (Ben) of Amarillo; siblings, Vicki and Ricky Gordon of Lubbock, Texas; his mother, Barbara Gordon; and six grandchildren, Cooper Heller, Calee Heller, Carrington Heller, Coy Heller, Ella Lunday, and Rhiannon Gordon.
Kenny was preceded in death by his father, Gene Gordon, and his brother, Gary Gordon.
A memorial service will be held Friday, February 18, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Community Christian Church, 3417 96th St, Lubbock, TX 79423
