Kevin Roberts

Kevin Ray Roberts, 59, of Lubbock TX, passed away on April 8, 2024. He was born on December 16, 1964, in Dallas, TX, to Bill Roberts and Loretta Mansell. 

Kevin spent his earliest years in East Texas. He then split his time between there and Lubbock. He went to school at Alba-Golden and in Lubbock. He graduated from Coronado High School in 1983. He married Jana Mansker June 8, 1985. Together they had a daughter, Baylee and son, Jayton. He was a member of the Parkway Drive Church of Christ. 

Kevin worked for his dad Don Wallace at CTE Installation for several years before he and Jana started CTE Networking in 2000. He continued running it until his death. 

Kevin enjoyed being at Lake Stamford, playing his guitar and more than anything GOLF! He loved spending time with family, especially his granddaughters. He was the life of the party, and lots of fun. He was known as Uncle Kev to many. 

He was preceded in death by his momma and dad Loretta and Don Wallace, his daddy and mom Bill and Nell Roberts, brother and sister-in-law Randy and Shirley Roberts, sister-in-law Laura Wallace, father-in-law Robert Mansker, Best Friend/brother-in-law Mitch(Brother) Baker. 

He is survived by his wife Jana, daughter and son-in-law Baylee and Santos Mendez, son Jayton. Granddaughters Kooper and Kambell Mendez, mother-in-law Ilene Mansker, brothers Coy Roberts (Karen), Tracy Roberts, Roger Wallace (Laura), Ricky Wallace, sister Patsy (Tommy) Ross, brother-in-law Kent(Cindy) Mansker, sister-in-law Carla Baker. 18 nieces and nephews, and numerous great nieces, nephews, and cousins. 

A time of visitation will be held on Sunday, April 14, 2024, from 3:00p.m.- 5:00p.m. at the Combest Family Memorial Chapel. 

A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 15, 2024, at 11:00am at Parkway Drive Church of Christ.
