Kimberly Marie Busbea-Wentz, 58, of Alpine, Texas; previously of Lubbock, Texas, passed away on Sunday, November 3, 2019. She was born on October 26, 1961 to Tommy and Frances Rylant in Slaton, Texas. Kimberly was married two times and has two children.
She was vibrant, fun-loving, and was the life of every party. Kimberly would light up the room with her ear to ear smile. She was a mama-bear and loved her children fiercely. Kimberly opened her heart and home to anyone in need. She was known to have a green thumb and could bring any plant back to life. She was a die-hard Cowboys fan.
Kimberly was a member of the Donut Dolls, a tribute to the World War II era. This was one of her proudest accomplishments, creating so much happiness at that time in her life. Kimberly will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
She is survived by her husband, Michael Wentz; daughter, Ashleigh Denise Busbea; son, Danny Glenn Jayroe II; brother, Timothy Rylant; sisters, Pat Donithan, Jayme McCain, Cassandra Rylant, and Stacie Eberhart; and three grandchildren.
Kimberly is preceded in death by her parents Frances and Tommy Rylant.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm, Saturday, November 23, 2019 at Combest Family Funeral Homes Memorial Chapel.
The family would like to express their gratitude towards all the family and friends including extended family and friends in Alpine, Texas.
