Kynlee Tessa-Rene White (17) passed away January 27, 2024, surrounded by her family. She was born August 23, 2006, to Theodore and Rebakah (Freeman) White, in Lubbock, TX. Kynlee graduated High School in 2024, from Frenship. Kynlee embarked upon a baking career, having her own business, and naming it Kynlee’s mixing bowl. She was runner-up, 3 consecutive years, in the Gingerbread Bake Off.
Kynlee enjoyed tennis, softball, painting, tattooing, baking, driving her car, picking on her sister, and was a “lego master.” She loved school, learning, and marvel movies. Kynlee enjoyed long days, talking, relaxing, and watching movies. She liked anything that involved her nieces and nephews. An award that Kynlee achieved and held for 3 consecutive years was, “Best NeeNee.” She liked playing games with her family, music, and making people smile. Most of all, Kynlee was a Christian at heart, of the Baptist faith.
Kynlee was preceded in death by her grandmother Julia Ann White, grandfather Theodore White, grandfather Steve Keith, grandfather, Jack Visage, grandfather, Butch Smith, great grandparents, Benny and Dorothy Freeman, great grandfathers, Foy Dennis and Mike O’Brien, and a great-great grandmother, Hazel Melton and a cousin, Matthew Keith.
Those remaining to cherish her many memories are her father and mom, Ted and Amanda White, her mother Rebekah Davis, her sister and her best friend, Keltey White, a sister Kaitlyn (Jared) Johnson, a brother Landon (Nikki) Bartlett, a brother Mason (Samantha) Bartlett, a brother, Kadyn Short and Tristan Davis, and a sister, Kambrey Davis; Grandparents, Sandra Visage and Sandra Keith, grandparents, Rhonda Smith, Ricky and Kim Freeman; Great grandmothers, Sharian Dennis and Ginger Noel; nieces, Skylar Bartlett, Willow Bartlett, Tatum Bartlett,; Nephews, Dawson McDevit, Ryker Johnson; Aunts/Uncles, Leslie Kesey, Bill and Jocelyn Keith, and Todd and Angie Keith; Cousins Ashley and Bubba Walker, Julia and Wes Kesey, Troy Kesey, Trace Freeman, Isaic and Presley Keith, Hannah Keith, Kayla Keith, and Kolby Keith, Ricky Jr. and Ollie Freeman, Sarah and Jared Dempsey, Jordan Chavez, Reatha and Gary Horrell, Andy and Teri Pearce, and numerous great aunts/uncles.
The family of Kynlee Tessa-Rene White will honor and celebrate her life with a visitation from 3:00PM-8:00PM, Thursday, February 1, 2024, at the Oak Crest Suite, Combest Funeral Home 2210 Broadway. A funeral service will be held at 2:00PM, Friday, February 2, 2024, at the Venue, Combest Funeral Home 2202 Broadway; burial will follow at Peaceful Gardens Memorial Park. Arrangements were entrusted to Combest Funeral Homes and Crematory.
