Laura was preceded in death by her parent Thomas and Doris Schieck. Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Sara Mecalco and Rachel Callaway, both of Lubbock, a brother, Russell Schieck of Ralls, and 3 grandchildren, Samantha Flores, Stephanie Mecalco, and Gabriel Mecalco.
Laura's immediate family will celebrate her life with a private family memorial service.
