Linda Garcia Ochoa

Linda Garcia Ochoa of Lubbock passed away on Friday, October 17, 2014 at the age of 44.  She was born June 22, 1970 in Lubbock to Joe and Santos (Rocha) Garcia. She was a lab technician for Gandy’s Dairy and she was a student at Kaplan University studying criminal justice. Linda was married to Johnny Revilla on July 19, 2014. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. 

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband; sons, Michael Villarreal (Angel Sanchez) of Lubbock, Justin (Arlena) Garcia of Slaton, Joshua (Aarica) Ochoa of South Carolina and Aaron Ochoa of Germany; brothers, Pete Garcia of Arizona, Daniel Garcia of Wolfforth and Joe Garcia, III of Austin; sisters, Mary Lane Garcia and Reinalda Biba Garcia both of Lubbock, Elva Meeks and Yolanda Cantu of Austin and Dora Delbusto of Wylie; one grandchild, Aubrey Santos Garcia; and an uncle, John Garcia.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents; and two brothers, Manuel and Johnny Garcia.

Viewing will begin 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 18, 2014 and continue at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 19, 2014 with a celebration beginning at 6:00 p.m. on Sunday at Combest Family Memorial Chapel.  Mass will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, October 20, 2014 at St. Joseph Catholic Church with interment to follow at City of Lubbock Cemetery.
