Lisa Fillingim

Lisa Gay Fillingim, 63, of Tahoka passed away Tuesday, November 2, 2021. She was born October 23, 1958, to Joe Robert and Fernova Charlene (Balch) Fillingim in Lubbock. Lisa loved animals, especially her cats and dogs and enjoyed spending time with her family. Christmas was her favorite holiday, she loved everything about it. From Santa Clause to holiday goodies, Lisa had a sweet tooth. She will be deeply missed.

Those left to cherish her memory are her father, Joe Robert Fillingim of Tahoka;brothers, Mike Fillingim and wife Felicia of Lubbock, Steve Fillingim and wife G.G., Andy Fillingim and wife Judi all of New Home; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Fernova; and a brother in 1971, Cary Don Fillingim.

Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. with services to follow at 10:30 a.m. Monday, November 8, 2021, at Combest Family Memorial Chapel, 2210 Broadway, Lubbock with burial to follow at Resthaven Memorial Park.
