Manuel Benavides

Manuel Benavides passed away on December 4, 2014.  Manuel rededicated himself to Christ just last month and was very proud and thankful for his new beginning in Christ! AMEN! Our Heavenly Father called him home.  So we celebrate a new life with our Lord Jesus Christ.

Manuel was born March 17, 1969 in Slaton, Texas, where he was a lifelong resident, to Alfredo and Evanjelina Benavides, Sr.

Those left to cherish his memory are his sons, Zachary Garcia, Jimmy-Ray Benavides and Elijah Benavides; three sisters, Elizabeth Rabelo and her husband Luis of Dalton, Georgia, Ruby Rosas and her husband Roy of Slaton, Texas, and Elvira Gene Benavides of Lubbock, Texas; one sister-in-law, Lisa Benavides of Slaton, Texas; two brothers, Alfredo Benavides, Jr. of Slaton and Duby Ariaz of Dallas, Texas; and 15 wonderful nieces and nephews.  Manuel will be missed dearly!

Manuel was preceded in death by his parents; and one brother; Sammy Benavides.

Manuel will be missed dearly!
