Nancy Lee Evans

Nancy Lee Evans of Levelland passed away on Sunday, August 10, 2014 at the age of 75.  She was born June 28, 1939 in Davenport, Iowa.  She grew up and attended school in Emporia, Kansas and relieved a Business Administration Degree from The University of New Mexico.  She was a Navy Military wife and traveled all over the world with her two kids and husband, Jim Foil, Sr.  She was a mother and friend to anyone that knew her and always available for a kind word or advise from her vast world experience.  Nancy was a natural care giver and utilized her business knowledge in the senior living management industry.  Since 1985, Nancy was the administrator of several private and personal care facilities throughout Texas, Georgia, and Kansas. She retired in 2008. Nancy loved bingo and playing poker and was happiest at a Texas Hold 'Em table winning and making people laugh. She was a beautiful woman inside and out and will be dearly missed by anyone that ever met her.

Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Debbie Whitley and husband Jason of Levelland; son, Jim Foil Jr.  of Overland Park, Kansas; two grandchildren, Audrey and Nicole Foil; aunt, Shirley Perdaris of Overland Park, Kansas and cousin, Chris Hackney of Olathe, Kansas.

The family will be having a small private service gathering at the Whitley home.
