She grew up with a zest for life and a radiant smile that could brighten even the darkest of days. Lolly's childhood was marked by her adventurous spirit, always eager to explore or rather travel and learn about the world around her.

In her early years, Lolly discovered her passion for cooking, taking pictures, gardening, observing the birds and butterflies land in her garden, learning to make wreaths and volunteering for the church, which would become a lifelong source of joy and fulfillment. In her professional life, Lolly served as an LVN for Methodist Hospital. After 20 years of service, she retired from the Texas Tech University Department of Ophthalmology.

Lolly's memory will be cherished by her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her legacy of love and kindness will live on through the countless lives she touched. As we say our final goodbyes to Lolly Gomez, let us remember the light she brought into our lives and the lessons she imparted through her words and actions.
