Paul Edward Prucey, 77, of Lubbock passed away Thursday, August 10, 2023. He was born September 20, 1945, in Pennsylvania to Edward Paul and Beatrice Prucey. Paul married Mary Aragon on November 21, 1964. Paul served in the United States Air Force until July 4, 1967. He worked for the City of Clovis and retired after 35 years. Paul was of the Catholic faith. He enjoyed playing dominos, chess, and pool. Paul was a fan of the Green Bay Packers and the Pittsburg Steelers. He will be truly missed.   

Paul is survived by his wife, Mary Prucey; sons, Richard Prucey, Michael Prucey, Edward Prucey and wife Kendra, and Jeremy Prucey and husband Brandon; brother, Bernard Prucey and wife Sally; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Paul was preceded in death by his parents; and three sisters.

A rosary will be held at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe in Clovis, New Mexico on Tuesday, August 22, 2023 with mass to follow at 10:30 a.m. The services will be led by Father Eli Valadez. The United States Honor Guard and the American Legion will be present at the service. Honorary pallbearers will be Richard Prucey, Michael Prucey, Edward Prucey, Jeremy Prucey, Brandon Prucey, Richard Prucey, II, Marcellino Prucey, and Moses Bibbs.
