Penny Jordan

Penny Lanell (Stephenson) Jordan, 67, passed away December 2, 2022, in Lubbock, TX. She was born in Ralls, TX on February 13, 1955, to W. Marvin, and Inez (Farris) Stephenson.

Penny graduated from Groom High School, Groom, TX, in 1973; Penny went on to become a Licensed Vocational Nurse, receiving her license to practice in 1975. In 2001, she received an Associate of Applied Science in Rehabilitation Psychology from South Plains Community College.

Penny was preceded in death by her parents, Marvin and Inez, and her husband, Larry Jordan, a sister, Jackie Stephenson of Lubbock, and a brother, Bill Stephenson, of Houston. She is survived by one sister, Darla Cope of Irving, TX. She has 3 nieces and 3 nephews in addition to several great- nieces and great-nephews.

A memorial service and burial will take place later.
