Randy Joe Cantrell

Randy Joe Cantrell, 35, of Lubbock, passed away on Friday morning, December 20, 2024. Randy was born on May 26, 1989, in Lubbock, Texas, and was taken from this earth way too soon.

Randy attended Coronado High School and graduated from Richard Milburn High School in 2006.

He worked at all sorts of jobs, sort of a jack of all trades. He loved to play video games, watch his nieces and nephews, and playing softball and football. His dear furry companion, Goliath, was one of the loves of his life and Goliath was devoted to Randy in return.

Those left to cherish and honor his memory include his mother, Rebecca Likes of Lubbock; one son; two brothers: Christopher Cantrell of Plainview and Anthony Cantrell of Clayton, New Mexico; one sister, Sherri Simmons of Lubbock; and his nieces and nephews, along with Goliath. He was preceded in death by a sister, Jenifer Cantrell on September 19, 2009.

There is no visitation or services planned. Cremation arrangements are under the personal care and direction of Combest Family Funeral Homes and Crematory.
