Renell Ingle Corley

Renell Ingle Corley of Lubbock passed away on Thursday, March 28, 2013 at the age of 75. She was born November 5, 1937 in Lubbock to C. G. "Butch" and Pauline (Dearman) Ingle. She graduated from O'Donnell High School in 1956 and went on to attend Draughn's Business College. She moved to Lubbock from Tahoka in 1963. Renell married Robert Corley January 7, 1963 in Lubbock. She was a central supply supervisor for University Hospital for three years, purchasing agent for Whittaker Medical for three years, and spent ten years on private duty as a caregiver. Renell was a Baptist by faith.

Those left to cherish her memory are one daughter Melanie Gillentine and husband Roy of Oklahoma; one grandson, Robert Gillentine; one sister, Linnadene Smith; nieces and nephew; and a long time friend Jim Hill.

Renell was preceded in death by parents; husband, Robert on December 29, 1983; one son, Robert C. on August 26, 1966; one aunt, Wanda Johnson; and twin brothers, Delton and Dayton.

The family will receive friends from 4:00-5:00 p.m. on Friday, March 29, 2013 at Combest Family Funeral Homes. Graveside services are scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 30, 2013 at Tahoka Cemetery.
