Robert Victor Marsik

Robert “Bob” Victor Marsik of Lubbock passed away on Friday, September 19, 2014 at the age of 68.  He was born December 16, 1945 in Baltimore, Maryland to the late Robert Emory and Mary (Urban) Marsik.  Bob worked as a manager for National Car Rental for many years.  He loved classic sports cars and was an avid reader.  Bob married Yvonne Bradley on November 18, 1965 in Elkton, Maryland.  He was of the Catholic faith.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Yvonne; son, Eric Marsik and wife Marivic of Virginia Beach, Virginia; daughters, Melinda Huntsman and husband Darrell and Jennifer Mora and husband Robert, all of Lubbock; sisters, Bertha Seitz of Ossining, New York and Tanya Marsik of North Carolina; four grandchildren, Matthew Huntsman and wife Juanita, April Huntsman, Justine Mora, and Archer Mora; and two great-grandsons, Michael Wales and William Huntsman.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.
