Ronald "Ronnie" Keith Thornton

was born October 8, 1957 in Port Arthur, Texas to William and Rosalie (Wagner) Thornton. Ronald was married to Kayla Parson. He served in the U.S. Coast Guard and was proud to serve his country. Ronald worked in building maintenance.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Kayla; one son, Brandon and Abby Thornton of Lubbock; one daughter, Lindsey Coomer of Lubbock; one brother, Gary Thornton of Amarillo; five sisters, Janice Hammett of Katy, Suzanne Weeks of Corinth, Lynda McCleery of Hobbs, New Mexico, Debbie Mitchell of Tomahawk, Wisconsin and Pat Thornton of San Antonio; one grandchild, Westyn.

Ronald was preceded in death by his parents, William and Rosalie; three brothers and one sister.

Memorial service will be held at a later date.
