Rudy Fraizer Smith

Rudy F Smith, 81, of Dallas, TX, passed away on August 20, 2023 at the Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas. He was born in O’Donnell, Texas on February 9, 1942. His parents were Roy Frazier Smith and Georgia Ruth Smith of O’Donnell

Rudy Was a pharmacist in Dallas, Texas for over 40 years. He was retired and had been in ill health for 7 years.

He is survived by cousins, Cynthia Jones, Azile Daunis, Ula McKee, Gerald McCarter, David McCarter, Arlene Giles and Donniece Smith. Also, 2 lifelong Friends, Woody Nelson and Larry Whitaker both from Dallas.

The family and friends want to thank Laurel Brand, Sandra Benjamin, Gayle Street, and others who helped over the years for the wonderful care they gave Rudy enabling him to remain at home.

The family will be planning a memorial service for Rudy later in the Fall.
