Sarah McMillan

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Sarah McMillan, who departed this life on January 26, 2025, at the age of 78. Born on July 18, 1946, in Lubbock, Texas, Sarah was the beloved daughter of Horace and Glenna Williams. As one of eight children, she shared her formative years with her two brothers, Jimmy and Gene Williams, and her five sisters, Jo Willis, Colline Rhodes, Faye Fry, Margaret Ward, and Debra Jones.

 She enjoyed the simple things in life from going out to eat a good meal to studying her bible even to the point she had her favorite passages underlined over the years. She will always be known for her kindness, sharing her mind, and loving unconditionally. She is survived by her daughters, Tammie Ybarra and Cheryl McMillan, who will cherish her memory and the lessons of love, kindness, and strength she imparted. The family will hold funeral services to honor Sarah's life on Saturday the 15th at 1pm, at Impact Church 2707 34th St Lubbock, TX. 

Friends and family are invited to attend and support one another during this time of remembrance. Sarah McMillan will be remembered fondly for her gentle nature, her vibrant personality, and the love she so readily shared with all who had the privilege to know her. She will be deeply missed.
