Steve Arledge, 72, of Lubbock, passed away on Thursday, December 9, 2021. He was born in Inglewood, Los Angeles County, California on April 30, 1949, to the late Tommie J. Arledge and Petronella (Buck) Arledge.
He attended Lubbock High and then graduated from Coronado High School in 1967. Later, he attended Texas Tech University graduating with a bachelor's degree in Business. Prior to retiring in February of 2011, he was the Purchasing Manager for Great Plains Steel in Lubbock.
Steve loved to fish, hunt, participate in competitive shooting, riding motorcycles and his Corvette's. He was brought up in the Mormon faith.
Survivors include two sons, Joseph Buck Arledge of Lubbock and Nicholas Arledge of Carlsbad, New Mexico; one brother, Craig Arledge of Lubbock; one sister, Candace J. Arledge of Baker City, Oregon, and six grandchildren.
Celebration of Life Memorial Services will be held by the family at a later time.
