Steve Pinkert

Steve Allen Pinkert of Lubbock passed away on Wednesday, February 5, 2025, at the age of 77. He was born August 22, 1947, in Lubbock to the late Herbert and Wanda (Sasser) Pinkert. Steve graduated from Cooper High school in 1965. He was involved in the agriculture industry where he bought and sold livestock. Before retiring, Steve was a general manager in the manufacturing industry but will be remembered most as being a loving Dad. 

Those left to cherish his memory are his son, Jody Pinkert of Lubbock; grandson, Pierce Allen Pinkert of Lubbock; sister, Jan Self and husband Glenn of Lubbock; niece, Angie Littlefield and husband Shawn and their children Parker and Presley; nephew, Scott Self and wife Erica and their children Tanner and Wyatt; aunt, Sandra Reasoner and husband Cyril; and many cousins.

Memorial services are scheduled for 4:00 pm Friday, February 21, 2025, at Combest Family Memorial Chapel.
