Vaudell Smith Wilson

Vaudell  Smith Wilson, 89 formally of Lubbock passed away on February 27, 2014 in Gilbert, Az.  

Vaudell was born on July 30, 1924 to Walter and Ella (Young) Smith in Quail, Texas.  She was a loving mother, wife grandmother and great- grandmother.  

Those left to cherish her memories are her son, Don Wilson and his wife Carole of Phoenix, Az., three grandchildren, Brian Wilson, Kimberly Dee and her husband Chris, and Christopher Wilson and his wife Hilary, eight great-grandchildren, Shelby, Kylie, Jayden, Van, Jacoby, Jagger, Jovie, and Ellie.  

She was preceded in death by her Husband, B.V. Wilson, son, J. Lynn Wilson and her parents.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March7, 2014 from 1-8 p.m. at Combest Family Funeral Home in Lubbock.   Graveside services will be held on Saturday, March 8, 2014 at 11 a.m. at Resthaven Memorial Park.
