Vivian Greve

Vivian A. Greve, 70, of Lubbock, passed away on Monday morning, October 25, 2021.  She was born on April 10, 1951, in Vernon, Wilbarger County, Texas to the late Floyd Eugene Fry and Velma Louise (Palmer) Fry.

She attended high school in Altus, Oklahoma, graduating in 1970.  She met Lloyd Greve, the love of her life, and they were married on December 19, 1970, in Vernon, Texas.

Vivian, in addition to be a housewife, was a foster parent for 22 years before retiring in 2008.  She loved puzzle books and collecting safari animals and bumble bee figurines.  She was very family oriented and loved her family dearly.  She was a member of Quaker Avenue Church of God.

Survivors include her husband, Lloyd; one son, Jeremy Greve of Lubbock; one daughter, Veronica Greve of Lubbock; one brother, Floyd Fry of Lawton, Oklahoma; five grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Gloria Weaver.

Celebration of Life Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, October 30, 2021 at the South Campus of Church on the Rock, 10503 Slide Road, Lubbock TX.
